Blogging or Vlogging?

Are there any readers still visiting this blog?
Or am I the only person?
I would not be surprised.
Making the commitment to blog regularly was easy apparently only for my partner who writes at www.PhoenixMarketTrends.com and he is doing very well!
I need to admit that I was so busy helping my clients that writing wasn’t on the top of my to-do list. However I started to experiment with videos and I am very excited about my new ideas. We will soon post our first video blog on the other “more serious” site, but I want to post most of them here. Focus: Downtown, Midtown, Uptown.
At the same time I wanted to encourage you: if you are located in Central Phoenix and would like to present your business, home you have remodeled, if you want to present your work that made Central Phoenix a better, more beautiful place, or just want to have a conversation about it, please contact me and we will meet!
Stay tuned!

I’m reading. And I like the MLS search engine on this site. Much more flexible than most. The only thing missing is a way to specify the construction type. Or simply a “no stucco” filter would be fine
@Craig,
There is an option of do this when the data is being input into the MLS. I’ll see if it can be a public access search feature.
