Midtown Phoenix Living and Real Estate

Many of us drive mainly from home to work and ocassionally to our favorite places  and very often do not visit some parts of town for years. It was  when my dear neighbor, Linda, told me that she never even goes there… (and she meant: midtown) I realized  that maybe I have to write what a fun place is midtown.

A courtyard in Heard Museum

Many of my friends are looking for independent places, restaurants, coffee shops and stores wherever they go. But how easy it is too find them in the other parts of Phoenix? Perhaps we are little afraid of going in “that”direction becasue we don’t expect to have fun there. Nothing can be furthest from the truth!

Avant- garde boutiques, museums, and galleries, first and third Fridays, pubs and cozy restaurants you won’t find any where else, next to your favorite sport and music  events, vintage stores, yoga places, coffee shops and wine bars. Plus: growing number of NEW lofts, townhomes, condominiums

in price ranges and styles  for everybody (who likes this lifestyle)

Boundaries of Phoenix Uptown, Midtown and Downtown.

We just created a page which defines the rough boundaries of Phoenix Uptown, Phoenix Midtown and Phoenix Downtown.  Take a look at the page HERE

These are rough boundaries defined after a discussion with several people and some research.  We will use them at Real Estate Confluence as guides then further explore each nook and cranny of these areas.
