Phoenix Dreamy Draw Neighborhood
Dreamy Draw Drive used to be much longer stretching over the pass where no I-51 is. Once the freeway went in Dreamy Draw ends with Dreamy Draw Park at the east end of Northern Ave in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve a park leading into some of the best hiking in the valley.

The residential area of Dreamy Draw starts off with well kept single family homes from the 70’s. Going south there is a park which was just saved from further development after some very heated debates. This area gains a lot by saving this strip of the preserve from being built out.
Entering the Pointe area the homes change into townhouses all in stucco white. Though a bit dates these homes meld well into the terrain and are in fact attractive. The Pointe Hilton Resort Condos follow with several other condo projects.

Dreamy Draw this far is a green winding street with overhanging trees, lots of lush plants and water fountains. There is always some one on the streets waling a dog, jogging or riding a bike. At Morten the there a few offices and Aunt Childa’s a popular Mexican restaurant. To the west are more offices the Pointe Hilton Resort and a new condo project, while to the east is a park with single family homes. This neighborhood was once part of the Squaw Peak area but it was cut off by the freeway. There are other townhouse and condo project dotted along Dreamy Draw.
Its a wonderful little neighborhood; quiet and with some character its in the Madison School District, great dining is within walking distance and the freeway provides quick access to everywhere else.
